Fontes began co-operation with SHL Group at the beginning of 2000. In Estonia, Fontes acts as a distributor for SHL, i.e. Fontes represents SHL assessment methods in Estonia.

SHL Group is a UK consultancy founded in 1977 in the field of human resource management. The activities of SHL are based on scientifically developed assessment instruments that are used for testing the suitability of people with their work and the organisation.

Today, SHL has offices all over the world and its assessment instruments have been translated into more than 30 languages.
