  • Manages the project of pay surveys, communicates with clients, advises, and trains them in pay-related issues such as the assessment of jobs, setting up and developing performance-based remuneration scheme, etc.
  • Irja's most important skill is the ability to understand the organisation as a whole and to see the connections between various areas through different human resources areas.
