Onboarding

Onboarding focuses on supporting the integration of new executives or new key persons into the organisation. The objective is to increase their efficiency in the starting period and, as a result, to reduce the possibility of failure.

In the course of onboarding:

  • We help to match the expectations and objectives of the new employee with those of the organisation;
  • We offer the new executive and top specialist support in adapting to the new organisational culture and relationship network;
  • We encourage the executive to open his or her potential and fit into the new team as quickly as possible. 

The responsibility for the success of onboarding lies with the new key person, his or her supervisor, and the personnel manager.
