Coaching
Coaching is a co-operation process that lasts 4-8 months and is conducted between the talent and the advisor. Its main objective is to develop the person’s professional skills (e.g., teamwork skills, delegation, giving feedback, etc.). In parallel with development of agreed competencies, also the person’s motivation and attitudes are addressed to ensure that they support use of new skills. Coaching may require cooperation with the direct supervisor of the person.
