Job-centered coaching

Job-centered coaching is advising an employee on how to cope better in the employees’ current position. Sometimes employees may need a neutral conversation partner for discussing a job situation in order to find new motivation and/or hidden personal resources. Job-centered coaching is co-operation between the employee and the advisor.
