Mentoring programme 2010-2011
4th Fontes mentoring programme September 2010 – February 2011
The objective of the programme is to introduce the essence of mentoring to the executives and to develop the advisory know-how and practical skills of executives so that they can use it in their daily work. In parallel with workshops, every executive who attends the programme will be involved in individual work with the protégé.

To the mentor:
- Development of advisory technique.

To the protégé:

Process:
- 5 workshops (16th Sep, 21st Oct, 18th Nov, 13th Jan, 17th Feb)
- Practical work in co-operation with the protégé within 4 months (at least 5-6 meetings).
