Mentoring

The mentors recommended by Fontes are executive-level business managers who represent various fields of business and have undergone a six-month mentoring programme with Fontes. Mentors help protégés resolve various issues or prepare them for the role of a business executive. Although the issues discussed together may involve operational decisions, the mentor’s activities are generally orientated towards future and long-term co-operation.
