The mentors recommended by Fontes are leaders who have experience as top managers from different businesses and have undergone a six-month mentoring programme in Fontes. The mentor helps you to solve various management issues or prepares you for becoming a manager. Although the issues that are jointly discussed can be related to executive decisions, the mentor’s activities are generally targeted at future and long-term co-operation.

Process:
Before meeting a mentor, Fontes analyses your needs and the opportunities of the mentor, as well as matching your personalities. At the beginning of the co-operation, the objective is established. The main partners are the protégé and the mentor, in addition to the supervisor and the Fontes consultant who acts as a support person for both. During the process, both parties are asked to give feedback.
