4th Fontes mentoring programme September 2010 – February 2011
The objective of the programme is to introduce the essence of mentoring to the executives and to develop the advisory know-how and practical skills of executives so that they can use it in their daily work. In parallel with workshops, every executive who attends the programme will be involved in individual work with the protégé.

- Development of advisory technique.
- Sharing experience with other executives. Development of personal network.
- Greater self-awareness.
- Possibility to use acquired skills in daily work as an executive.
- Supporting the development of another executive (protégé).
Process:
- 5 workshops (16th Sep, 21st Oct, 18th Nov, 13th Jan, 17th Feb)
- Practical work in co-operation with the protégé within 4 months (at least 5-6 meetings).
