Julia is Ericsson’s Performance Manager and works at Ericsson Sweden on a daily basis. She has nearly 20 years of experience in people management, including managing international teams. Over the years, she has gained experience in managing groups of specialists, managers, and production workers. She is an internal mentor, coach, and trainer at Ericsson. Julia is also a training partner and mentor at Fontes.
