Aleksander is a training partner at Fontes, whose daily role is to manage the Product Technology Department at Ericsson. He has over 20 years of experience in managing sales, project, specialist, and management teams. Aleksander has completed mentor training and is therefore a mentor to many mentees both at Ericsson and outside the company. Aleksander mainly conducts trainings on leadership topics (training for new leaders, one-on-one conversation training etc.).
