Kalev is a member of the management board of SK ID Solutions AS and a training partner at Fontes. He has been a university lecturer for over 20 years and has conducted internal training for colleagues in all institutions and companies where he has worked during his career. With the growth of his mentoring and management experience, Kalev has also conducted lectures and training courses on various management topics over the last 10 years.

Kalev is a long-time training partner of Fontes and Fontes mentoring program alumni.
