I have always been fascinated by people and inspired by possibilities. I believe that every person has unique potential, and that there is an opportunity for everyone to realise it in a meaningful way. This journey begins with self-awareness. I applied this interest and deep conviction during my university studies in psychology and continue to embody it every day in my work at Fontes.

As an Assessment Consultant, I help bring together talent ambition and capability with organisations’ expectations and challenges—so that one plus one equals three. I map organisational needs and analyse the potential for talent success. There are many different patterns and paths to success, which is what makes assessment particularly engaging for me.

It is important to me that work is carried out responsibly. We create equal conditions for talents and use evidence-based methods to deliver reliable and valuable information. I respect people’s time and energy and believe that every activity must have a clear purpose. In this way, we responsibly create value for talents and support clients in making effective decisions with long-term impact.

The moments that inspire me are born in collaboration with talents and clients—when a talent’s true element and unique potential emerge clearly through a combination of methods, or when a leader recognises a future team member in the assessment results, understanding their strengths and becoming aware of their development areas.
