Piret Jamnes
Board Member and Development Team Lead
People—with their personalities, ambitions, capabilities, and motivation—have always fascinated me. Even more engaging is exploring people within their environment—both in teams and in organisations—and helping to bring them together and shape that fit in the best possible way. People seek a good life; organisations strive to achieve their goals effectively—both aim to fulfil their mission and to find or sustain meaningful, energising activities with a positive impact. In this process, alongside proven and effective methods, I actively explore and experiment with new approaches together with teams and clients.
Potential and competence analysis, consulting, coaching and career-related topics, mentoring, and training in assessment methods, as well as competence systems and tailored solutions for talent and career management, are my core areas of interest. As everything is interconnected, my work focuses on creating clarity, insight, and the ability to see possibilities—I translate complex, multi-layered situations and solutions into clear outcomes, development priorities, and concepts. Sometimes this means supporting one individual in making a logical career choice; at other times, it involves designing a system that spans the entire organisation.
I am drawn to progress, renewal, creative approaches, and resourceful solutions—to beauty and individuality both in people who are discovering themselves and the world, and in thoughtfully designed environments and physical spaces. I have studied linguistics, psychology and counselling, organisational behaviour, spatial design, and leadership at university at different times, which makes noticing and connecting different perspectives and systems of meaning feel natural to me.
