My role at Fontes is to be present and support talents on their journey with Fontes. This means overseeing the smooth progress of projects and ensuring fast, structured, and supportive communication between consultants, clients, and talents. I guide talents along their development path, support them in the self-analysis process, help them give their best, and make sure that clients receive results on time.

I have come to understand that my “why” lies in people’s development and self-awareness—in their deeper understanding of themselves. I wish to help people grow in a way that ensures their potential does not remain hidden and that they recognise both their strengths and development areas. This, in turn, increases their confidence and their ability to succeed in today’s labour market.

What fascinates me most is self-analysis. When talents have the opportunity to discover themselves together with Fontes on the path they have chosen, I hope to be there to support them and to share in the joy of discovery that also accompanies me on my own journey with Fontes.
