As a trainer, I am particularly inspired by topics that help organisations and leaders navigate change successfully and build more conscious and effective collaboration. My training journey began with project management, but over the years it has expanded to include teamwork, leadership roles and responsibilities, change management, communication, conflict prevention, and employee experience management. In addition, I teach financial and risk management to future HR professionals in higher education programmes.

I believe that every successful learning experience starts with understanding the participants’ real needs and goals. Every organisation and every individual is unique, which is why training should be designed around genuine needs, both in content and delivery. This is what makes training meaningful for me and continually challenges me to grow and develop as a trainer.
