As a mentor
I do not lead people from above; I think alongside them. I listen to the whole person, not just the problem they bring into the room, because professional decisions are often rooted in something deeper. I create a space where people can be honest without having to perform. Alongside a mirror, I also offer a map: I do not simply show where to look, but share the path I have travelled myself.

Experience
I have been a certified mentor since 2024, but I have mentored and trained people since the early 2010s. My background includes more than 20 years of experience as a CEO and leader, navigating bankruptcies, company acquisitions and sales, building startups, and creating and launching the Evoluna.app platform. I currently manage a television channel operating in Poland and am developing similar channels across the Baltic states.

My experience brings together the media sector, C-level leadership, capital allocation, AI, technology, business, and process integration. I work according to a structured online methodology and place great importance on the EMCC ethical framework, including confidentiality, written agreements, and clear boundaries.
