At Fontes, I am a Partner and Lead Consultant, focusing on executive and key role recruitment, candidate assessment, as well as board advisory and member search. Over the course of my career, I have led nearly 1,000 recruitment projects, conducted over 12,000 interviews, and participated in more than 20,000 professional meetings. This experience has given me a strong business acumen – I am able to connect people decisions with strategy, business models, and financial logic.

I am inspired by people and meaningful conversations, as well as exploring cultures and worlds – I have traveled to over a hundred countries. In my free time, I draw energy from golf, alpine skiing, and good books. I believe that people are the most strategic resource of any organization, and my mission is to help use this resource wisely and meaningfully.
