At Fontes, my primary focus is on caring for our clients and Fontes colleagues and on creating a safe and trustworthy environment for collaboration. I support day-to-day cooperation, smooth processes, and keeping agreements, acting as a bridge between people, ideas, and actions. It is important to me that every client and colleague feels they are not alone and that Fontes is a partner they can truly rely on.

As a person, I genuinely value presence, care, and a sense of responsibility. I believe that a feeling of safety does not emerge by chance, but through conscious attention, thoughtful action, and honest communication. For me, good collaboration means that even complex topics are addressed clearly and in a human way.

I am inspired by movement and variety—travelling, bog hikes, and spending time in nature help me maintain focus and balance. I also find joy in dogs, and my creative side finds expression through filming and editing. These moments give me energy and broaden my perspective, which I can also bring into my everyday work.
