For me, flow and structure go hand in hand—so that there is freedom to explore and clarity to act. I enjoy learning languages, experiencing different cultures, and understanding how people learn. My work is guided by the belief that every person needs space and time to develop—to reflect, to experiment, and also to make mistakes.

At Fontes, I am a development partner for leaders and teams—both a mirror and a guide. I deliver leadership and team analyses, trainings, and development programmes. Fontes’ approach is rooted in the belief that organisational success grows from caring for and developing people. My role is to bring clarity, inspiration, and practical tools into this process. In my work, I integrate studies in psychology and economics with experience in consulting and working in a financial institution.

I am inspired by emotions—at times by a deep, quiet touch of sadness, at times by the sparkle of lightness and joy. Emotions carry life. As an admirer of passionate Italian culture, I believe that true value lies in enjoying the journey, not only the destination.
