My role at Fontes is to coordinate training and development programmes, creating a clear and cohesive flow of information for both participants and trainers. I see myself as a lighthouse—helping everyone find their way and ensuring that the journey is smooth, valuable, and enjoyable.

I believe in continuous learning and development. For me, acquiring knowledge should not be merely an obligation, but an inspiring and motivating experience.
