At Fontes, my passion is to help organizations build a distinctive and unique image and to connect the right people with the right companies. As a consultant and trainer, I support clients in recruitment, developing employer branding, and ambassador culture. I guide talents in finding their dream jobs.

For me, the most important things start with people – who they are and what truly excites them. The belief that a person’s potential deserves to be noticed and nurtured is what brought me to Fontes and keeps me here. I believe in our mission: to stand for a modern and fair working world where people and their development are valued. This is also my personal compass as a leader and in my daily work with clients and talents.

I find it important that every collaboration creates something valuable and lasting – an impact that endures beyond the end of the project.

I’m drawn to people whose conversations open new perspectives, to experiences that help me grow, and to questions I don’t yet have answers to. Life itself brings me inspiration and joy – my family and five wonderful sons, amazing colleagues and friends, traveling, and the small and big dreams I strive for.
