As a Talent Experience Specialist, I create a space where applying is not just a process, but an experience; where feedback is not a formality, but a genuine reflection; and where selection is not random, but intentional and fitting.

My work focuses on a holistic talent experience – from targeted recruitment campaigns and thoughtful candidate communication to personality test feedback and support in career choices. Every interaction matters, which is why it’s important for me to be honest, attentive, and warm.

I’m inspired by moments when someone gains a new insight, reaches clarity, or dares to take a step they were once afraid of. It brings me joy to be a companion on that journey – sometimes coordinating activities, sometimes offering guidance.

I believe that the work we do at Fontes has an impact. I contribute to making sure the right people and the right opportunities come together. I always strive to create value and find solutions. Good collaboration, to me, means that information flows, communication is open, and the process is well managed.

Outside of work, my greatest source of joy is my three wonderful children. I find balance and energy in all kinds of movement – dancing, sports, hiking, and traveling. My soul is nourished by creative activities.
