I am a member of the Fontes development team, where I lead the coordination of our leadership mentoring and coaching-based leadership programmes, as well as the Alumni Club community.

I am inspired by working with people and by creating development environments where professional growth is grounded in self-awareness, collaboration, and meaningful relationships. I value learning as an ongoing process — one that emerges through experience, reflection, and shared sense-making.

In my role at Fontes, I connect programme content, participant experience, and community into a coherent whole. I support leaders, mentors, and alumni on their development journeys, with a focus on ensuring that learning becomes more than a one-time event and instead creates lasting impact.
