I am a Training Project Manager at Fontes and a true development enthusiast, inspired by the growth of people and organisations. My role is to act as a bridge between client needs and the expertise of our trainers, ensuring that learning is not only effective but also an inspiring journey.

I have experience in both people development and career counselling, and I understand the strong impact a well-designed and flexibly managed learning journey can have.

I coordinate trainings and development programmes from the very first contact through to the completion of the learning journey, making sure all preparations are in place and that programmes run smoothly and deliver real results. I keep clients informed throughout the training process and ensure that all necessary information and learning materials reach participants on time.

Inspired by different cultures, I love to travel and learn about people’s stories and values. This broadens my perspective and brings fresh insights into my work. In my free time, I enjoy being in nature with my dog, value reading, and spending quality time with my family—these moments help me stay balanced and energised.

I believe that strong collaboration and clear communication are the foundation of a successful training process. It is important to me that our cooperation creates a systematic and high-quality talent experience.
