As a Mentor

I create a calm and trusting space for collaboration where the mentee can examine their situation from the perspectives of the individual, their role, and changes in their professional life. I work through active listening, clarifying questions, and structured discussion, combining the principles of the Flux Mindset with practical action. My focus is on helping to make a complex situation more understandable and linking inner clarity with realistic steps.

Experience

I am a certified mentor at the EMCC International Practitioner level and have completed the Fontese coaching-based mentoring program. I am a member of the Estonian Mentors’ Guild, the Estonian Association of Career Counsellors, and PARE.

I have extensive experience in the labour market, human resources management, and career development, including advising employers and leading an international project to improve the management of Ukraine’s State Employment Service (SES).
