As a mentor

I work primarily with leaders and specialists who are facing a new role, complex decisions, changes, or greater responsibility. My role is not to provide ready-made answers, but to support my mentees in making sense of their experiences, noticing hidden connections, and arriving at solutions they can stand behind themselves. My mentoring focuses on creating clarity, fostering conscious responsibility, and promoting development that aligns with a person’s values, strengths, and goals.

Experience

I have worked in leadership, human resources management, and organisational development for over 25 years. During this time, I have led teams, shaped organisational culture, and supported the development of hundreds of leaders and teams in both the private and public sectors. I am an internationally certified executive coach (ICF PCC), an EMCC-accredited mentor, supervisor, and leadership coach.
