As a Mentor

My strength lies in my ability to see a person as a whole—their potential, their strengths, and the areas where they need more courage or confidence. I create a collaborative space where the mentee can feel safe, supported, and understood. I work with active listening, insightful questions, and honest reflection; I value taking responsibility, emotional maturity, and a sense of humour.

Experience

I have diverse leadership experience in organisations of various sizes in both the private and public sectors. I have completed the Fontese coaching mentorship program and hold the EMCC Global EIA Practitioner certification. Additionally, I have completed the AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching program at the Estonian Business School.
