I’m drawn to the reasons people have for doing things. I help articulate these reasons and connect them in a way that supports the achievement of goals and creates value more broadly, not at the expense of others. For me, the heart of mentoring lies in asking the right questions, because that is where clarity, conscious choices, and real growth begin.

Experience

I have extensive leadership experience and have been active as a mentor for over 10 years. During this time, I have worked with dozens of people, helping them make sense of their roles, goals, and the patterns that hinder their development. I bring to our collaboration both practical leadership experience and a willingness to stand by my mentee in situations where they must face uncomfortable questions and difficult choices.
