As a Mentor

I highly value one-on-one conversations and face-to-face mentoring sessions, where we can focus on the mentee’s actual goals and development needs. At the heart of my mentoring approach is a mindset of setting high expectations while providing maximum support. I am a supportive and caring, yet demanding partner who draws on both long-term leadership experience and proven models that help drive real progress.

Experience

I have more than 25 years of leadership experience and have served on the board of AS Onninen for nearly 20 years. During this time, I have supported the company’s growth into Estonia’s largest wholesaler of technical products. I have been active as a mentor for 8 years, having completed training at the Kesko level and the Fontes coaching mentorship programme. I have worked primarily with leaders—top executives, board members, and mid-level managers—and have also mentored students as they take their first important steps in their careers. As a spokesperson for the Engineering Academy, the sustainability of engineering and supporting young engineers on their journey to becoming leaders are particularly important to me.
