Experience

I have over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and management. I have over 10 years of cross-Baltic experience in leading sales, marketing, and business development, and today, as the Sales and Marketing Director at SOL Baltics, I am responsible for the Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian markets, teams, and growth opportunities.
My experience includes scaling organisations, developing service businesses, managing complex B2B sales processes, leading international teams, and driving change.
For years, I have worked in an environment where I must simultaneously consider people, business opportunities, and long-term strategic impact. I have completed Fontes’ coaching mentor training and have worked as a mentor with executives, specialists, and professionals undergoing career transitions, both individually and in group settings.
