I bring strategic leadership experience, strong listening skills, and a people-centred approach to our collaboration. I don’t offer ready-made answers; instead, through thoughtfully crafted questions, I help you find effective solutions, see the bigger picture in complex leadership situations, and recognise strengths and opportunities that you may not yet see in yourself.

Experience

I have worked as a mentor in education for 11 years, primarily supporting emerging educational leaders on their leadership journey. I have completed the HARNO School Leaders 5th Mentoring Programme as a mentor and the Fontes Mentoring Masterclass. I hold EMCC EIA Practitioner and Coaching Skills certifications. My experience combines people and process management, change management, and supporting professional development.
