As a mentor

I believe in the power of open dialogue, trusting collaboration, and practical thinking. I listen attentively, help my mentees see situations from different perspectives, and support them in making informed and realistic decisions. My goal is to create a collaborative relationship where the mentee feels supported yet sufficiently challenged to grow both as a leader and as a person.

Experience

I have been a mentor for over 12 years, supporting leaders and specialists from diverse backgrounds and with varied experience, both through individual mentoring and within development programs. In 2018, I completed Fontese’s six-month mentoring programme, and in 2023, I completed Fontes’ practical mentoring masterclass programme, after which I earned the EMCC international mentor certification, EIA Practitioner. I have over 25 years of leadership experience in various fields within a large organisation, including real estate, transportation management, procurement, security and fire safety, and health promotion.
