I train leaders and teams on various topics: mentoring, different leadership topics (coaching leadership, mapping and developing talent potential, personalized management, teamwork, 1:1 conversations, etc.), career counseling.

As a trainer, I value balance and building bridges between theory and practice. I believe it is important that each training or program provides participants with a new skill or tool that can be practiced and exercised on the spot. When structuring training days and designing programs, I take into account the different learning styles of learners to ensure the best results.

I am a senior consultant and head of mentoring, coach, and career counselor. My training and long-term practical experience support my daily work as a consultant and trainer. Over the years, I have come into contact and collaborated with a wide variety of organizations, both in terms of field and stage of development. My daily role as an assessor of management competencies also supports my work with organizations.

I value the importance of self-reflection in the development process and help group members to do so. Our training programs often include personality profile analysis, mentoring, and supervision. As a trainer, I value continuous self-improvement in the areas I train in, as well as the further development of my training skills.

I work mainly with management teams. One area that I feel particularly passionate about is education.
