Why join the programme?

  • Develop people more effectively

By developing mentoring skills, leaders strengthen their ability to listen, ask meaningful questions and support the growth of others. This creates a more trusting and engaging work environment where people take greater ownership and responsibility.

  • Think more strategically

Mentoring develops strategic thinking and encourages leaders to reflect more deeply on their leadership style, assumptions and decision-making. Supporting the development of others also increases self-awareness and helps identify both strengths and blind spots.

  • Grow your influence

Mentoring creates meaningful relationships with other experienced leaders and emerging talent while expanding your professional network and opening new opportunities for collaboration. By investing in the development of others, leaders also strengthen their impact beyond their own organisation.

The program offers you the opportunity to:

Challenge yourself in new ways, analyse your goals and discover new meaning and inspiration in your leadership role.

Experience leadership from a different perspective by stepping into the role of a mentor and supporting a mentee with real-life leadership challenges.

Strengthen your ability to inspire, coach and develop others.

Develop yourself as a Talent Advisor, which is a critical part of modern leadership and talent retention.

Reflect on your development as a person, leader and mentor.

Build valuable relationships with other executive leaders across Estonia.

Contribute to developing the next generation of leaders through meaningful mentoring relationships.

Strengthen a coaching-based leadership culture that supports learning, collaboration and long-term organisational success.

Programme structure

Preliminary stage after registration

Mentor profile assessment and defining personal development goals

Mentor profile assessment and identification of individual development goals. The mentor profile assessment and personality questionnaire help participants understand their natural leadership preferences and how to apply them consciously in both leadership and mentoring.

Learning process

  • Interactive workshops

Participants learn coaching-based mentoring methods and leadership practices that help develop people more effectively while creating a culture that supports learning, engagement and accountability.

  • Mentoring practice.

The programme provides a clear framework and support for working with a mentee, enabling leaders to apply what they have learned in real-life situations.

  • Reflection

Supported by professional coaches and supervision, helping leaders focus more clearly on their goals and values.

  • Independent assignments

Assignments between workshops encourage continuous practice and integration of new knowledge.

  • Development partnership

Each participant is paired with a development partner from the programme. Together, partners practise mentoring tools between workshops, reflect on their experiences, exchange feedback and encourage each other’s growth. The partnership creates a trusted space for learning, accountability and inspiration throughout the programme.
