Training for New Leaders
Growing into a leadership role is an exciting journey, but stepping into a new role can also be a challenge. It puts not only the new leader but also the team and the organization to the test. That is precisely why we have created a training program specifically designed for new leaders, equipping them with the necessary tools, skills, and confidence to succeed in their roles.
We offer training in Estonian, English, and Russian.

The Purpose of the Training
Fontes’ leadership training program is well-known among new leaders and has already become a standard platform for leadership development for many organisations.
We have received suggestions from participants to expand the self-management section in the training. We talk about managing teams and team members, but in today’s world, the skill of self-management has taken centre stage. That’s why we’ve enhanced our tried-and-true training program with a section on leadership self-analysis.
Leadership is a weighty responsibility. A leader can help others grow, develop, and succeed. At the same time, a leader can mislead, overload, and hold team members back.
We approach this weighty responsibility with a human touch. It’s perfectly normal for everyone to make mistakes. Even leaders. Big mistakes.
Becoming a successful leader works the same way as learning any other profession—by trying, failing, and learning from those mistakes.
You can’t become a leader in three days. Why?
Because leadership consists of many subtopics that can’t be covered in just three days. However, this training is structured to provide participants with a quick, comprehensive overview of the behaviours and actions critical to developing good leadership skills.
