Mentoring is a development partnership that supports the realization of a manager's potential by providing an inspiring catalyst for development. Fontes is a leader in the field of mentoring in Estonia. Since 2007, we have trained more than 1,200 mentors and, together with our alumni, established the Estonian Chamber of Mentors and the Fontes Alumni Club.

Fontes Leadership Mentoring Programme
Leadership development accelerator – become a mentor or a mentee. Fontes Leadership Mentoring Programme is internationally certified by EMCC Global. The six-month programme will give you coaching mentorship skills that you can immediately put into practice with a personal mentee who is also participating in the coaching leadership development programme.
In addition, the programme brings you together with other top managers and expands your leadership toolbox.
"A coaching mentor combines the strengths of both roles: they use structured conversation, open-ended questions, and tools that open up different perspectives to support the mentee's development. If necessary and by mutual agreement, they also share their experiences, providing the mentee with practical examples and additional support.
A coach, on the other hand, focuses exclusively on helping the person find their own answers, using structured conversation and open-ended questions, without sharing their own experience or offering direct advice."
Fontes has trained over 1,200 mentors, we know our mentors' profiles well, and we have been matching mentor-mentee pairs since 2007. The Magic Matching model we have created helps to avoid risks when matching pairs. We also conduct a brief analysis of the profile of managers who want a mentor. After the first introductory meeting, both parties confirm whether they want to start working together.

The Fontes Alumni Club is a community that brings together mentors and mentees who have completed Fontes mentoring programme (as mentors and as mentees). The mission of the Fontes Alumni Club is to offer opportunities for professional development and to connect the community of trained mentors. The goal of the Alumni Club is to promote leadership culture and the quality of mentoring in Estonia. All mentors and mentees who have completed Fontes programme and are interested in mentoring and self-development are welcome to participate in the activities and meetings of the Alumni Club.
