My goal is to make the recruitment process clear and smooth, so that every candidate feels supported from the very first contact through to the final decision. In addition to coordinating recruitment projects, I am involved in recruitment marketing, conduct direct search, and carry out background interviews to ensure the best possible match between candidates and organisations.

I draw inspiration and energy from hiking in nature, playing padel with friends, or travelling with my beloved family.
