-
Development of leadership culture
The goal of all these initiatives is to develop the personal and professional skills of community members, which ultimately contributes to the development of Estonian leadership culture and mentoring.
Fontes Alumni Club
In 2023, we launched the Fontes alumni mentor community – the Fontes Alumni Club. All mentors and mentees who have completed Fontes training and remain interested in mentoring and self-development are welcome to participate in the Alumni Club’s activities and meetings.
Mission
The mission of the Fontes Alumni Club is to offer mentors opportunities for professional development and to bring together a community of trained mentors. The goal of the Alumni Club is to promote a culture of leadership and the quality of mentoring in Estonia.
Since 2007, Fontes has trained over 1,200 mentors – an impressive community! Thank you for placing your trust in us! Through the alumni club, we want to offer all leaders who remain interested in mentoring opportunities a space for discussion and self-improvement, helping you realise your potential as both a leader and a mentor.
The club’s activities help alumni mentors revive their mentoring skills, even if they have taken a break from mentoring, and acquire or renew their international mentoring certificate. The frequent meetings of the mentoring community, short training courses, and networking opportunities are sure to bring you joy. It is important to note that we welcome all mentors to participate in alumni activities, not just those who are currently active as mentors.
Alumni Club Council
The council includes more than ten active alumni mentors who have contributed as leaders to revitalising the Alumni Club community and offering development opportunities. Our leaders are characterised by a wonderful energy for working together, and their special trademark is the series of Alumni Club events (Arengurakett).
