Career Counselling
Career counselling helps individuals make informed career choices, develop professional skills, and achieve their career goals through structured guidance.
Value
-
Getting to Know Yourself
What are my strengths, skills, and abilities that make up my unique profile? What are my interests, expectations for life and my career, and my ambitions? What makes me special? What do I really want? What is my competitive advantage, and what is it based on?
-
Analysis of One's Own Capabilities
What opportunities do I have for self-fulfillment now and in the future? How can I find the right field, organization, and role for myself? How can I recognize the right opportunity for me?
-
Decision-making support
How can I compare different offers and opportunities so that I can choose the best option for myself? We develop unique career selection criteria for each individual, which can also be used later on.
-
Operational Support
How can you design and plan your career path? How can you succeed in the application process? For example, highlighting your strengths in your resume or LinkedIn profile, behaving appropriately during an interview and answering questions, as well as asking questions about the company and the position yourself—these are popular topics we address in career counseling.
Career Counselling
Career counselling is a process that uses a coaching approach to help individuals get to know themselves and their ambitions, and develop skills to shape their careers and make informed career decisions. Depending on the client’s needs, we focus on identifying career alternatives, finding suitable fields of activity, roles, and career paths, and offer practical advice on job searching, resume writing, participating in job interviews, and overcoming workplace challenges.
Career counselling is suitable for planning career changes, making specific career decisions, and refining job search strategies, offering an individualised approach, diverse methods, and practical tests and exercises.
What to expect?
Career counselling takes place at Fontes or online in the form of individual counselling sessions. The counselling uses various exercises, tests, and other methods to help you explore yourself and your possibilities and develop action plans. Career counselling does not necessarily focus solely on work-related topics; instead, it takes a holistic approach to the individual, considering their life-related ambitions, roles, and other circumstances. Counselling is confidential.
