Fontes Training Partner

Aet is a Compensation Consultant at Figure Baltic Advisory and a training partner at Fontes, helping organisations design fair, transparent, and well-structured reward systems.

“My focus is on compensation consulting – supporting organisations in developing reward systems, interpreting compensation survey results, and making informed decisions based on data. I also work closely with leaders on pay-related topics, helping them conduct salary discussions that leave both the manager and the employee feeling respected and understood.

As a trainer, I primarily focus on compensation-related topics, including salary discussions, compensation principles and tools, and the development of practical action plans. What inspires me most are those moments when participants arrive at their own solutions and experience a genuine sense of discovery: ‘I’ve figured it out!’

I believe that a leader’s time is a valuable resource, which is why training should help people move towards solutions efficiently. While I personally enjoy deep and comprehensive learning, as a trainer I increasingly favour the principles of ‘less, but more intensive’ and ‘just get started’. My goal is to create a learning environment where participants leave not only with new knowledge but also with practical ideas and tools they can immediately apply in their work.

I enjoy working with Fontes because I highly value the professionalism, expertise, and thoughtful training design of its consultants. I have experienced this first-hand as a client as well. It is important to me that training leads to meaningful improvement, and Fontes has created an excellent environment for making that happen. At the same time, collaborating with different organisations and target groups provides continuous opportunities for my own learning and professional growth.

I have completed training in Solution-Focused Therapy at the University of Tartu and the Career Counsellor Training Programme at Fontes. However, the recognition I value most comes from my clients – organisations that continue to invite me back to train their leaders and teams year after year.”
