For 22 years, Cerlin has supported organizations in the field of human resources management in both the private and public sectors, and is currently a human resources partner at Bolt. Cerlin’s main hobby is self-improvement, which began with a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Tartu, followed by a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Tallinn University and an MBA from the University of Tartu. In the United States (New York), he obtained a certificate in human resource management.
