Henri is the CEO of Hepta Airborne, the Fontes mentoring program alumni, and a Fontes training partner. As a trainer, Henri wants to help people raise their objective awareness, responsibility, and motivation to successfully achieve their goals with the help of Fontes. His own development process as a trainer is probably best characterized by the 70-20-10 method, where 70% of development comes from practical work experience as the owner of two companies and the CEO of one company, including experience from training; 20% of knowledge is acquired through coaching and mentoring; and 10% through independent study – e-courses, audiobooks, etc.
