On a daily basis, I lead Fontes’ recruitment and employer branding projects. As a trainer, I help organizations develop their recruitment practices and processes, as well as their employer brand and ambassador culture, in a way that supports their goals and helps them stand out in the job market.
I bring Fontes’ and the market’s best practices, along with my extensive experience, to my training sessions. I have had the pleasure of training organizations in the public, private, and third sectors, as well as conducting training programs across the Baltics.

My training topics include recruitment, employer branding and employee experience design, developing an ambassador culture, and personal branding. Training programs are tailored to each organization’s uniqueness, goals, challenges, and target audience.

I believe it is important for learning to be practical and engaging—I combine theory, discussions, experience sharing, exercises, and reflection in my training sessions. My goal is for every participant to leave not only with new ideas but also with concrete tools and actionable steps they can implement immediately.

I hold a higher education degree in human resources management and a master’s degree from the University of Tartu in management and digital communication. I am a certified employer branding expert (Universum Employer Branding Academy).
