Mailis is a training partner at Fontes who works as the HR manager at Delfi Meedia. She also teaches her field to the next generation at Tallinn University of Technology and Tallinn School of Economics.

Mailis is convinced that as a leader, you must keep in mind that as you advance in your career, you must be kind to people, because you may encounter them again when your career takes a downturn.
