Mergit is the marketing and sales manager for SOL Baltics OÜ in the Baltic States, with over 15 years of leadership experience. As a manager and a person, self-development is very important to Mergit. He holds a master’s degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden, has completed the Fontes coaching and mentoring program, an MBA program at EBS, and a micro-degree in green management at Tallinn University.
