At Fontes, I coordinate leadership mentoring and coaching programs and related development activities, including the activities and events of the Alumni Club community.
As the training program coordinator, I ensure that the programs run smoothly, that participants are provided with a clear and supportive learning environment, and that cooperation and communication between the parties involved runs smoothly, allowing trainers and participants to focus on substantive development.
In my work with the alumni community, I gather and share important information, support cooperation, coordinate events, and help maintain communication between community members and Fontes.
